Graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2006 with a Master’s degree in Architecture, Rita began her international career in 2007 when she moved to the Caribbean. There, she worked intensively as a project architect on the development of a private island in the Grenadines, specializing in the luxury hospitality and residential sectors. During this time, she completed projects for Raffles Resort and Mandarin Oriental, as well as various privately owned villas.

In 2014, Rita moved to the Middle East for a new challenge, working as a senior architect and later as a project manager on iconic projects in Dubai. Her portfolio includes Expo 2020, the “Seahorse” floating villas on the World Islands, the Meydan One development, and various government projects within the emirate. This diverse experience spans multiple sectors, from luxury hospitality and residential to educational facilities, exhibitions, and master planning. 

Since 2020, Rita has been operating independently on various projects worldwide.
